How to use the Haakaa Breast Pump:
- Sterilize your pump by boiling in water for 3-5 minutes.
- Place the lip of the pump over your nipple.
- Make sure the nipple is comfortably centered in the neck of the pump.
- Apply suction - you may need to adjust the position of the pump several times.
- Once the pump is secure and comfortable, use suction by pressing the base of the pump to start the milk flow.
- Once your milk starts flowing, simply leave the pump alone to do its job!
- When the pump is full, empty it into a glass storage bottle and reinstall.
- If your milk flow slows down or you express too much, simply stick the suction base on a flat surface while you finish feeding or making up.
