Terms and Conditions:

By renting any pump, you agree to the terms set out below.

This agreement for ownership of the SPECTRA® product and carrying case is between the rental location and the paying renter.

1. The Device remains the property of MAMAMILK.ONLINE. The Renter has no rights to the Device except as provided in this Agreement.

2. The tenant has the right to own the set of accessories for the devices, so that this set becomes his property after the end of the rental period, with the exception of the pump.

3. The tenant agrees to pay the rental fee in advance, which is 250 Saudi Riyals for two weeks.

4. The renter agrees to pay a refundable insurance fee of 500 Saudi Riyals upon receipt of the product.

5. Rental prices for the device and its accessories do not include any sales or use tax.

6. The renter agrees not to transport the device and its accessories outside this country without the approval of the rental location.

7. The renter agrees not to allow anyone other than the renter to use the device and its accessories provided.

8. The renter agrees to return the device in a clean condition. If it is not clean, the renter agrees to pay a cleaning fee of not less than 100 Saudi Riyals to be deducted from the security deposit.

9. The renter agrees to return the device in good condition. If it is not in good condition, the renter agrees to pay a fee of not less than 120 Saudi Riyals to be deducted from the security deposit.

10. The tenant agrees to increase the rental period to an additional two weeks in the event of a delay in delivery, at a cost of 200 Saudi riyals, deducted from the insurance value.

11. The renter shall be responsible for all legal fees and all other costs associated with collecting overdue amounts and/or recovering the equipment.

12. The rental site has the right to cancel this agreement at any time with three days’ prior notice.

13. The tenant acknowledges that the rental site is permitted to collect the value of any lost, damaged or unreturned accessories from the security deposit.

The rental site guarantees the efficiency of the equipment, and repairs or replaces any equipment that is defective or becomes defective under normal use.
