How to use :

1- Place the mask in the refrigerator to a temperature suitable for cold massage - it takes approximately 30 minutes

(Cooling inspection label turns blue when cooling)

2- Check the temperature before use

3- Fix the mask along the nipple to fit the breast

4- Take a rest and massage the breast for 10~20 minutes

Recommendations:

– After childbirth and before breastfeeding, the breasts become dry and sensitive, so it is recommended to use it 2-3 per week

– It can be used in other areas that require cooling or soothing, but you should avoid using it in sensitive places

– We recommend wiping or washing it before breastfeeding

We recommend massaging the chest when using..

1- Massage with the palms of your hands in a circular motion from the outside of the breast to the inside

2- Massage upwards from the upper chest to the nipples and break up the lumps using your fingers in a circular motion.

3- Hold the sides of the breast using both hands and gently press and massage up and down and on the sides towards the nipples.

4- Gently press the nipples using your thumb and index finger and soften the areola area

For customers who prefer lukewarm temperatures, it is recommended to use it after the blue color of the cooling test label on the packaging disappears

- When it cools, the cooling check sticker turns blue and the massage becomes cooler
