• Spectra electric milk extraction devices are valid for two years from the date of purchase on the pump motor, manufacturing defects and warranty in Saudi Arabia
• Baby Buddha electric milk extraction devices are valid for one year from the date of purchase on the pump motor, manufacturing defects and warranty in America.
• The UV sterilizer is valid for two years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects
• The bottle warmer is valid for two years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects
• Illuminate the UV sterilizer for 6 months from the date of purchase

What does the warranty cover?

• Electric milk extractors: The warranty covers the pump motor and manufacturing defects
• UV Sterilizer and Bottle Warmer: Warranty covers manufacturing defects, etc

What is excluded from the warranty?

The warranty does not include the following cases, but not limited to:

• Milk leakage inside the device, as all Spectra devices have a closed system that protects the milk and the device
• Using the device in a manner not recommended
• Malfunctions resulting from personal misuse, neglect, or exposure of devices to excessive moisture
• Maintenance of the device by another party or separation of the internal parts of the device
• Using accessories not intended for devices from other companies

We apologize for not providing warranty or maintenance for devices when purchased from other stores

important note :

When using the device on a regular basis, it may be necessary to replace some parts in the milk extraction devices, such as the valve or backflow preventer

After 2 to 3 months “depending on use”, this is not a defect in the product, but to maintain the high performance of the device.

It may also be necessary to replace the UV sterilizer lighting every 6 to 12 months, depending on use.
