For any reason that calls for you to return your purchases, please contact us on WhatsApp +966502508793 or via email [email protected] and provide us with the order number and the reason for the return.


  • There is a return of parts and no exchange if you want another product that can be re-ordered.
  • For special orders that fall under “custom-made”, cancellation, return and exchange requests are not accepted.
  • Exchanging or returning underwear is prohibited.
  • Opened and used devices cannot be returned.
  • If the order is shipped and you do not receive it, the order amount will be refunded, excluding the delivery or shipping amount.


What is the return period?

Returns: Within 6 days of receiving the order


What are the return conditions?

  • The product is in the original condition it was shipped to the customer
  • The product is unused or tested and there are no defects or damage to the outer and inner packaging
  • Send a clear picture and video to WhatsApp or email (please note that the picture is not a final approval)
  • In the case of returning group offers, all products included in the offer will be returned


Return procedures?

1/ After contacting us, a 35 riyal return shipping fee will be transferred

2/ Issuance of a bill of lading by Mama Milk

3/ Sending a representative from the shipping company to the same address as the customer listed to receive the product

4/ After the product arrives and ensures that it meets the above conditions, the customer will be contacted to arrange return procedures

5/ If the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the customer.


When do I get my money back?

Only the value of purchases will be returned without shipping costs or return shipping costs within two to 10 days by transfer to the customer’s bank account.
